About Me
My name is Nicholas Alan Clayton and I am a freelance journalist, photographer and translator currently based in Tbilisi, Georgia. Born and raised in Topeka, Kansas, I studied in France in high school. I also spent a year in St. Petersburg, Russia studying Russian and contemporary politics.
I currently contribute as a correspondent for National Public Radio, and my articles, photos and videos have appeared in the Washington Times, the Asia Times, the Washington Diplomat, and other American publications.
